A passito-style Veneto Rosso from Pasqua, blending Merlot, Corvina and Croatina from Valpantena. Grapes are dried to concentrate flavours before fermentation in stainless steel and ageing in oak. The nose shows plum, dark berry, vanilla and baking spice. The palate is soft and silky with sweet cherry, dark fruit, leather and dried herbs with a long, dry finish.
