Age Requirement

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase from 1933 Liquor Co. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery or in-store purchase.

BC Container Deposits

All applicable beverage container deposits are added at checkout as required by BC regulation. Deposits are $0.10 per container and are non-taxable.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Marketing Communications

By opting in to marketing communications (email or SMS), you consent to receive promotional messages from 1933 Liquor Co. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from emails, replying STOP to SMS messages, or contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Vintages and packaging may vary from what is displayed.

Limitation of Liability

1933 Liquor Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
