Tullibardine 500 Sherry Finish is a Highland single malt matured in first-fill bourbon casks then finished in 500-litre Pedro Ximenez sherry butts, bottled at 43% ABV. The nose presents toffee, cooked fruit, dark brown sugar, and manuka honey. The palate is rich with dates, salted toffee, rum raisins, and warming clove and cinnamon spice, finishing long with butterscotch and ground almonds.
