Built on their West Coast Gin base, actual Western Red Cedar tips are added to the gin basket, creating a distinctly Pacific spirit. The nose is bright with conifer, pine, fir, and a hint of biscotti. The palate is complex with bold cedar, classic gin botanicals, and a long, unfolding finish.
