The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch from the Dalmore Distillery on the Cromarty Firth, aged twelve years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before a three-year finish split across Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks. The nose carries cherry, brown sugar, sultanas, espresso and dusty oak spice, while the palate unfolds with cinnamon, nutmeg, dried fruits and toffee over an oily, full-bodied texture. The finish is medium-long with nutty spice and warming oak. Bottled at 40% ABV, 750 mL.
