Suntory Roku is a Japanese craft gin distilled using six unique Japanese botanicals — sakura flower, sakura leaf, sencha green tea, gyokuro tea, sansho pepper, and yuzu peel — each representing a season of Japan. These botanicals are distilled separately using different still types to extract the best character from each. The nose delivers cherry blossom, yuzu, and green tea. The palate balances citrus, floral sweetness, butter, and gentle juniper with sansho pepper spice on the finish. 43% ABV.
