An Australian Shiraz from Jacob's Creek, finished in Scotch whisky barrels after traditional oak ageing. Deep in colour with an intense nose of black and white pepper, dark cherry, blackberry and vanilla with cedar and buttered toast notes. The palate is rich with blackberry and ripe plum, charry oak and integrated tannins leading to a smooth, soft finish.
