Approximately 40% fermented in French and American oak barrels with the remainder in stainless steel, creating a wine with both complexity and fresh fruit character. The nose shows fresh stone fruit and zesty lemon, while the palate delivers oak-inflected fruit flavours with soft acidity, a touch of minerality, and a long, fruity finish.
