Sandhill Sovereign Opal is a rare and wonderfully aromatic BC white made from a unique hybrid grape — a cross of Golden Muscat and Marechal Foch — exclusive to the Okanagan. The nose is fresh and inviting with peach, pink grapefruit, gooseberry, lychee, and fresh flowers with a touch of minerality, while the off-dry, medium-bodied palate delivers tropical fruit, melon, white peach, and a clean, lingering finish. A distinctly BC white that pairs beautifully with spicy curries, grilled salmon, and Asian cuisine.
