Sanctuary Signature Single Malt Whisky is a BC craft spirit from Phillips' Fermentorium Distilling in Victoria, crafted from 100% local barley and aged 5-9 years in bourbon, wine, and beer barrels, bottled at 42% ABV. The nose presents vanilla, toffee, dried fruit, and warm spice. The palate is smooth with crème brûlée, fresh peach, milk chocolate, and a dry, toasted spice finish.
