A sparkling cuvée from RockBare in South Australia, pale straw in colour with a fine persistent bead. The nose shows citrus, a gentle wash of seashell and a soft hint of toast and biscuit. Orange and mandarin fruit shine on the palate with a creamy, lingering finish. Named after founding partner Peter Click and the year of the first vintage.
