Redbreast 15 Year Old is a premium single pot still Irish whiskey made from both malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled at Midleton Distillery, and aged 15 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. The nose is full and fruity with citrus zest, tropical fruit, guava, and manuka honey. The palate is creamy and complex with cooked fruit, banana, nutmeg, butterscotch, and warming spice. The finish is long and sophisticated with custard and grapefruit. 46% ABV.
