Quartz & Yarrow Sustainable Red is a bold and richly layered Okanagan red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah from sustainably farmed BC vineyards. The nose is expressive with black cherry, blackcurrant, licorice, pepper, and vanilla, with balsamic and pipe tobacco in the background. Aged 18 months in French barrique, the palate is full-bodied with ripe tannins, concentrated dark fruit, and an opulent, long finish.
