Produttori Aged Grappa is an Italian pomace brandy crafted from the grape skins, seeds, and stems of Piedmont's celebrated Nebbiolo grape, the same variety used to produce Barolo and Barbaresco wines. Aged in oak casks, it develops a warm amber colour with a smooth, mellow character. Expect notes of dried fruit, vanilla, warm spice, and the underlying grape-skin intensity of the source material. The finish is warming and persistent. Best sipped at room temperature after a meal. 40% ABV.
