Primarily sourced from Tasmania's pristine cool-climate vineyards, the wine delivers dark cherry, strawberry sorbet, and earthy forest floor aromas with bramble and truffle notes. The palate is light-bodied and texturally refined with fine tannins, sour cherry, and steely acidity. Aged 8 months in 40% new French oak.
