Nikka Coffey Gin is a distinctive Japanese gin distilled using Nikka's legendary Coffey Still imported from Scotland in the 1960s. Four varieties of Japanese citrus — yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu, and shequasar — form the heart of the botanical bill, alongside juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus peel. The nose is bright and zesty with layered citrus. The palate opens sweet before waves of fruit, soft spice, and earthy juniper arrive. The finish shows green sansho pepper and a touch of apple. 47.3% ABV.
