Viognier from Liquidity Wines in Okanagan Falls, BC, made from 15-year-old clone 642 vines, whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel with a touch of skin contact for texture. The nose is lush with apricot, ripe peach, mango and fragrant honeysuckle. Full-bodied on the palate with bright grapefruit acidity and a leesy, tropical finish.
