A Bordeaux-style red blend from Liquidity Wines in Okanagan Falls, combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, aged 16 months in French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The nose shows juicy strawberry, black cherry, licorice and fennel. Savoury black raspberry and blackcurrant carry on the palate with juicy acidity and soft tannins.
