Hoyne Brewing's Helios is a Dortmunder-style golden lager from Victoria, BC, brewed in the tradition of the robust export beers of Germany's Ruhr district. Sweet maltiness sparkles alongside earthy, spicy German noble hops, with a toasty bread and biscuit character that develops over four to six weeks of lagering. Malt-forward and moderately hopped at 6% ABV.
