Honjozo sake from Yoshi no Gawa brewery in Niigata, Japan, polished to 65% and made with Gohyaku Mangoku rice and soft water. The nose shows aromas of sweet bread, mushroom and white truffle, while the palate delivers ripe apple, rice cake and mineral notes. Well-balanced and smooth at 15.5% ABV, a Gold Medal winner at Concours Mondial.
