Unoaked Naramata Bench Pinot Gris from Hillside Winery, made with minimal intervention from hand-crafted, Naramata-grown grapes. Given 2-4 hours of skin contact for added colour and body, it shows peach, nectarine, apple and mineral aromas, dry and medium-bodied on the palate with crisp acidity and a mouthwatering finish.
