Hennessy X.O. is the original Extra Old Cognac, created in 1870 by Maurice Hennessy from a blend of up to 100 eaux-de-vie aged up to 30 years, bottled at 40% ABV. The nose presents dried fruit, warm cinnamon, and black pepper. The palate is bold and complex with raisin, citrus, vanilla-laced milk chocolate, and rich oak, finishing very long with cinnamon, spice, and tonka bean.
