Gray Monk Pinot Noir is an Okanagan Valley red wine from BC's Gray Monk Estate Winery. Bright ruby in colour with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, currant, smoky earth, and violet. Aged 10 months in French oak, the palate is juicy and elegant with soft tannins and flavours of sweet cherry, red plum, and spice, finishing with hints of cedar and tea leaf. A light, fruit-driven Pinot Noir with a polished, approachable style.
