A Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC from Gigglewater, blending Glera and Pinot Noir with a minimum 60 days lees ageing after secondary fermentation. Delicate rose colour with notes of ripe red berries, melon and fresh citrus. The mousse is fine and persistent, with a slightly creamy, almond-like finish and a dry, playful character.
