Ex Nihilo Night is an Okanagan Valley Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grown on the warm Black Sage Bench. Named for the cooling night air that slows ripening and builds complexity, the wine delivers deep garnet colour with aromas of red berry, cassis, and vanilla. The palate offers ripe dark fruit, dark chocolate, and leather with smooth tannins and a long, elegant finish. Aged 20 months in French and American oak.
