Enmascarado 45 is an artisanal mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, made from agave Espadín by mezcalero Guillermo Abad using traditional stone horno cooking and copper pot double distillation, bottled at 45% ABV. The nose presents green agave, coriander, lemon grass, citrus, and smoky charcoal. The palate delivers herbal pepper, apple wood smoke, lime, salt, and cooked pear, finishing with a lingering smoky character.
