El Jolgorio Todos Santos Coyote Mezcal is distilled by Maestro Mezcalero Regulo Martínez Parada in Rio Seco, Oaxaca, from the rare Coyote agave. Bottled at 50.3% ABV, it opens with notes of eucalyptus, asparagus, and nectarine, followed by caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, and toasted oak on the palate.
