Dillon's Rose Gin from Niagara, Ontario uses their London-style dry gin base infused with rose hips and rose petals, lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar. A Gold Medal winner at the 2019 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition, it presents a fragrant, complex nose of roses, citrus, balsam, and cinnamon, with a viscous, subtly sweet palate finishing with bracing pink peppercorn and herbal warmth. Excellent as an aperitif or in gin and tonic.
