Gabbiano Cavaliere d'Oro Chianti is a classic Tuscan red from the historic Castello di Gabbiano estate, dating back to the 10th century. Made from Sangiovese, it presents a bouquet of wild red berries, dried cherry, and violet. Dry and medium-bodied on the palate with vibrant acidity, soft tannins, and flavours of cherry, cassis, leather, and a hint of tobacco on the finish.
