Unwooded South African Chenin Blanc from Spier Wine Farm in the Western Cape. Pale straw in colour with a greenish hue, it offers fresh guava, pear, apple and a hint of lychee on the nose. The palate is crisp and fruity with tropical fruit, apricot and mineral notes, vibrant acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
