Brewer-Clifton Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay is a cool-climate California white wine from Santa Barbara County, crafted from multiple vineyard blocks by founder-winemaker Greg Brewer. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented in neutral barrels, it offers aromas of lemon, orange blossom, kiwi, and floral notes. The palate is vibrant and mineral with flavours of orchard fruit, lime, and almond, driven by saline minerality and coiled acidity through a long, textured finish.
