Castelfino is a Cava Brut produced by Jaume Serra in Spain's Penedès region of Catalonia — one of Europe's oldest sparkling-wine zones and the heart of Spanish Cava production. Made in the traditional method from indigenous Spanish varieties, the wine is pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse, offering crisp green apple, lemon zest, and bread-dough aromas, a brisk and refreshing palate, and a clean, dry finish. 11.5% ABV, 750 mL.
