A Carmenere-dominant blend from Clos de Luz in Chile's Cachapoal Valley, combining 85% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Syrah, aged in used French oak. The nose shows blackberry, plum, violet and hints of herbs. The palate is rich and silky with dark fruit, black pepper, tobacco, licorice and smooth dark chocolate notes on a long finish.
