Burrowing Owl Chardonnay 2022 is an elegant and refined BC white from the Black Sage Bench in Osoyoos. Scored 93 points, this outstanding vintage shows pale gold with citrus, pear, yellow apple, and jasmine tea on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with creamy texture, bright acidity, and beautifully integrated oak that lends gentle structure without overshadowing the pure fruit. Elegant now, it will reward cellaring for 5 or more years.
