Bozal Barril Reserva is a single maguey mezcal made from maguey Barril in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, a region renowned for its tradition of clay pot distillation. Herbaceous and spicy on the nose with forest grass and anise flower, the palate is slightly sweet and unctuous with flavors of agave, honey, river stone, and a floral aftertaste, all underpinned by the minerality of its unique terroir.
