Bartier Bros. Sémillon is a white wine sourced from the Black Sage Terrace near Oliver in BC's Okanagan Valley. Whole cluster pressed and aged on lees, it shows aromas of meyer lemon, lime blossom, honeysuckle, and fresh hay. The palate is full-bodied with bright acidity, delivering concentrated citrus flavours and a long, crisp finish with a subtle sesame note. A well-structured white with cellaring potential.
