Bacardi Carta Negra is a medium-bodied dark rum from the Bacardi distillery in Puerto Rico, aged in heavily charred oak barrels and filtered through a proprietary blend of charcoals. The nose moves through toasted wood, prunes, and tropical fruit; the palate is buttery with caramel, vanilla, dark fruit, molasses, and ground coffee, finishing smoky with a touch of licorice. A versatile mixer for cola, coffee cocktails, or Mai Tais. 40% ABV, 750 mL.
