Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished for three to six months in 60-gallon French oak ruby port wine barrels imported from Portugal, adding remarkable depth and complexity. The nose opens with corn, vanilla, raisins, and dates with sweet oak spice. The palate is silky with dark chocolate, dried fig, maple syrup, and baking spice. The finish lingers with red wine character, caramel, and gentle tannins. An uncommonly smooth and beautifully balanced bourbon. 43.3% ABV.
