Alipús San Andrés Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, made with maguey Espadín and crafted by master mezcalero Don Valente Angel, bottled at 40% ABV. The nose is soft and fruity with cooked agave, caramel, almonds, and white flowers. The palate is sweet and smoky with integrated agave and mineral notes, finishing oily with fruit and smoke.
