Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy in compliance with BC liquor regulations.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours at support@1933liquorco.com. The product must be at least half full for a defective claim. We will replace the product or issue a store credit. Please bring the product to our store at 895 Great Northern Way, Vancouver.

Unopened Returns

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Receipt required. Products must be in resalable condition.

Online Delivery Orders

Online delivery orders cannot be returned except for defective products. If your delivery arrives with a defective item, contact us within 48 hours at support@1933liquorco.com.

Wine Returns

Wine purchased and stored for more than 5 years is not eligible for defective claims. Maximum value for any single defective wine claim is $100.

Restocking Fee

Returns exceeding $500 in value may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

ID Requirement

Per BC Liquor Control and Licensing Branch regulations, we are required to collect the name of any individual returning liquor products.
